  Exchange Policies

  1. The Window

  • Return/Exchange Period: Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Delivered Day will be considered Day number 1.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  2. The Process

  • Exchanges: We offer one free exchange per order for a different size (if stock is available).
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
